- Position: Airfreight Assistant/Executive (Export)
- Location: East – Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to Basic of $3,500 + AWS + Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent

- Handle export airfreight documents such as HAWB, MAWB, permits and invoices
- Arrange bookings with airlines and co-loaders
- Coordinate with customers, airlines, agents and internal teams
- Monitor flight schedules and cargo readiness
- Track shipments and update customers on shipment status
- Ensure export procedures comply with customs regulations
- Prepare billing, costing and supplier invoices
- Update shipment details in the freight system
