The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing export airfreight operations and ensuring shipments are executed smoothly and in compliance with all regulations. . . Handle full set of export airfreight documentation including HAWB, MAWB, invoices, packing lists, and permits . . Arrange bookings with airlines and co-loaders, and ensure space confirmation . . Coordinate with overseas agents, airline representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely uplift of cargo . . Monitor flight schedules, cargo readiness, and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and on time . .
