A leading global logistics company is seeking an Airfreight Forwarding Customer Service Senior Executive to manage end-to-end airfreight shipments and provide high-quality customer service support across import and export operations.
Job Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end airfreight shipments including booking, documentation, airline and ground handling coordination, import customs clearance, export processing, billing, and shipment completion
- Serve as the main customer contact for import and export shipments, providing timely updates, handling enquiries, and resolving operational issues
