Job Description
• Lead and manage the import airfreight operations team to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery
• Act as the primary escalation point for customers and ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution
• Oversee end-to-end import operations including booking, customs clearance, trucking, documentation, billing, and vendor coordination
• Ensure operational excellence by meeting KPIs, productivity targets, and compliance standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, SOP implementation, and process optimization
• Manage vendor performance, cost control, and contribute to GP maximization
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and overseas counterparts to support business growth and customer retention
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and system updates (e.g., CargoWise, internal systems)
