Airfreight Import Customer Service Lead – End-to-End Ops

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Import Customer Service Manager to oversee the airfreight customer service team in Singapore. This role includes leading the team, ensuring effective customer service operations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver seamless services.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a solid understanding of import processes, and experience with the Cargowise system. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
