Job Responsibilities
- Support the supervisor in developing and enhancing airfreight forwarding products in collaboration with cross‑functional teams such as Sales and Marketing.
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily shipment movements in line with operational requirements and customer needs.
- Negotiate with airlines or vendors for charges incurred and follow margin guidelines to propose sell rates.
- Verify accuracy of airline billing and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in airfreight operations, providing advisory support and contributing to business tenders, including those related to customs and trade compliance.
- Implement corrective actions as directed by management in response to audit findings and operational gaps.
- Continuously review and improve work processes to ensure alignment with current operational requirements and evolving customer expectations.
