Overview
Owns the job file and also has responsibility for creating and updating relevant documentation and Customer Invoices in the system.
Responsibilities
- Secure truck appointments and monitor transfer activity in the terminal.
- Proactively coordinate with vendors to eliminate incidental costs.
- Ensure documents (HAWB, MAWB, Air Manifest) accuracy and timely submission to airlines/sending to counterparts.
- Ensure timely milestones update in the system.
- Ensure timely job costing and proactively follow up missing pre-alerts from vendors.
- Act as customer service/operations of non-key client export accounts.
- Coordinate and secure confirmation from airlines and ensure profitability at all times.
- Proactively monitor cargo movement and communicate with customers and counterparts.
- Troubleshoot with partner airlines and timely issue resolution.
