Secure truck appointments and monitors transfer activity in the terminal. Proactively coordinates with vendors to eliminate incidental cost.
Ensures documents (HAWB. MAWB, Air Manifest) accuracy and timely submission to airlines/sending to counterparts.
Ensures timely milestones update in the system.
Ensures timely job costing and proactively follow-ups missing pre-alerts from vendors.
Acts as customer service/operations of non-key client export accounts. Coordinates and secures confirmation from airlines and ensures profitability at all times.
Proactively monitors cargo movement and communicates with customers and counterparts.
Troubleshoots with partner airlines and timely issue resolution.

With at least 2 years of experience in logistics or any fast-pacing environment
