Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative for our Airline Account, you will handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting passengers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, baggage concerns, and other travel-related concerns. You will deliver world-class service by providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every traveler has a smooth and positive experience from booking to landing.
Qualifications
- Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
- OR Completed at least 2 years in college / 4 semesters with no back subjects (for High School Old Curriculum graduates)
- OR College Graduate (any course)
- Candidates with at least 6 months of BPO / Call Center experience are highly preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
- Amenable to work onsite
