National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of Flight Checker to work at our location in Des Plaines, IL 60018.The Flight Checker is responsible for verifying all airline catering items, equipment, and documentation are accurate, complete, and prepared before flight departure.Job Responsibilities
- Check meals, beverages, equipment, and supplies against flight specifications.
- Verify special meals, class setup, and catering quantities.
- Inspect carts for cleanliness, labeling, and security seals.
- Ensure flights are finalized accurately and released on time.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Support aircraft swaps and last-minute operational changes.
- Follow food safety, security, and company procedures.
Schedule: MONDAY - SUNDAY
From 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
