At MailAmericas , we are looking for Airlines Coordinator Lead. This role acts as a key liaison between MailAmericas teams across Argentina and other countries, and the local Miami operation carried out through freight forwarders and airlines. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with operational, service, documentation, and security standards across the critical warehouse (WH) to airline segment, guaranteeing operational continuity and real-time issue resolution.
What challenges will you face?
- Service Quality Control:Audit the end-to-end operational process from cargo reception at the warehouse to handover to the airline. Identify deviations, generate early alerts, and propose continuous improvements.
