Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITES


  • Operational Management Manage day-to-day air export and import operations, ensuring timely processing of documentation, and regulatory filings are compliant with local customs and aviation regulations.
    Monitor and manage file profitability, shipment milestones, and operational KPIs timely.
    Ensure accurate and timely data entry in operational systems.
    Handle irregularities promptly, including damaged or delayed shipments, claims, and customer escalations.
    Develop and implement internal standard operating procedures to streamline communication channels and enhance efficiency, and productivity.

  • Carrier and Vendor Management Maintain close relationships with airlines, GSA, ground handling agents, and trucking vendors.
    Monitor the carrier and vendor’s performance and address potential service issues to ensure service reliability.
