What you'll do
As an AJO Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimising multi‑channel customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in‑app channels. You will build real‑time triggered orchestrations, integrate RT‑CDP audiences into AJO workflows, and configure offer decisioning and personalization rules. You will also conduct QA before launch and monitor live journeys to drive continuous performance improvements.
Key responsibilities
