We lead the creation of customer touchpoints and business growth through real-world channels, with a core focus on Rakuten Mobile shop operations. Our stores are not merely points for contract acquisition; they serve as the front line of customer engagement that provides cross-sectional access to Rakuten Group services including telecommunications, finance, and e-commerce playing a vital role in supporting the brand experience.
This department collaborates with various businesses and services within the Rakuten Group to expand customer value and maximize revenue opportunities originating from our stores. This position is responsible for designing and promoting cross-sectional initiatives that leverage Rakuten Group assets to create new value and drive sales growth within the store channel.
