- Define, implement and maintain the target state business and technology architecture for the Alternatives business
- Translate business strategy into actionable architectural roadmaps and solution designs aligned with HSBC Group standards
- Align architecture strategy with global Asset Management objectives and business growth plans
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency improvements across the Alternatives operating model
- Influence senior management by articulating architecture vision and demonstrating alignment to business value and regulatory requirements
