Key Accountabilities
Leading Lean management initiatives at shop floor level of production plant and Laboratory by working closely with production managers of respective blocks/units.Act as a champion and change agent for driving positive culture change and improving operational efficiencies while deploying new techniques and tactics.Identifying Non-Value added activities in the manufacturing processes at our manufacturing & R&D site.Able to train employees on 8 types of waste, lean principles, 5S, Lean Six Sigma, VSM etc.Implementing Lean Six Sigma processes to significantly improve:Productivity of the peopleQuality of the current manufacturing processes at the siteCost of goodsDelivery performance of sitesPersonnel safety at the siteCompliance to business processesDrive Daily Management (Ba...
