About the job Assistant Manager, Service Delivery
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial counselling operations.
- Liaise with Billing Office on billing matters, including clarifications on patient bills and tagging of inpatient codes.
- Supervise daily ground operations in the Ops Room to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage logistics, procurement, onboarding/offboarding, and administrative coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Communications) and external partners/vendors.
- Support programme expansion through stakeholder engagement and vendor management, including feedback for process improvement.
- Optimise and streamline operations workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead and facilitate ground operations meetings.
- Undertake other ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
