Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on managing and executing the Business-as-Usual (BAU) recruitment operating model globally, ensuring process adherence, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through data and tool management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and sustain the implementation of the global BAU recruitment operating model across Zones
- Govern and maintain end-to-end recruitment process standards (from demand planning to pre-boarding)
- Actively monitor process adherence and operational consistency across zones
- Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements based on data and operational insights
Operational Analytics & KPIs
- Track and maintain global and regional Talent Attraction KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, tools adoption, source performance)
