- Maintain employee records, HR data, and reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
- Support performance management and employee development programs
- Provide HR advisory support to stakeholders and employees
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; MBA preferred
