As an Operations Manager, you'll take the lead on complex manufacturing activities to help ensure the production of high quality products.
As an Operations Manager, you will:
+ Plan, organize, staff, control, and direct medium-sized, complex manufacturing activities (i.e. Combat vehicle assembly, Structure and Vehicle paint and Vehicle testing)
+ Assess and apply measures, methods, and techniques designed to improve safety, product, process quality, efficiency, productivity, equipment, and process performance
+ Recommend changes in working conditions and modifications in machine tools and plant facilities
+ Coordinate with appropriate personnel regarding safety, quality assurance, master scheduling, facilities engineering, environmental management...
