**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Manage IT assets, carrying out inventory, allocation, return and maintenance of equipment and software.
- Document the solutions found and contribute to update the company's knowledge base
**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), hardware, network and smartphone.
- Advanced knowledge of English, capable of understand and communicate.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL, Active Directory, Office 365 and help desk tools.
- Previous experience in technical support or help desk.
