Job Description
Analog/ RFIC Design Engineer Minimum 8 years industrial experience in RFIC/mmWave Design and Analog Design,and holding an engineering or relevant science degree Experience in RFIC Design (28nm and below), LNA's, Mixers, oscillators, power amplifiers and transmit drivers. Experience working on CMOS Experience working on blocks such as ADCS, DACs, PLLs, LNAs, VCOs, Phase Shifters NFC RF /Analogue Front Ends / Ultra Low Power High Speed Experience a large benefit RF Systems knowledge. Design of analogue and RF circuits: schematic and layout including DRC and LVS verification and extraction. Package Analysis, Design Validation. A strong understanding of state-of-the-art low power and low noise design techniques for Analog and RF circuits. The candidate will be highly motivated and a team player with strong problem solving skills and well organised.
