You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Senior Director, Portfolio Management, Singapore.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas.
  • Identify key drivers of operational and financial performance across assets and portfolios, including areas of underperformance and opportunities for value enhancement.
  • Prepare management reports and board papers.
  • Prepare annual budgeting, forecast, and annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the overall portfolio including overseas.
  • Work closely with Asset Management, Leasing and Property Management teams to evaluate asset performance and support initiatives to improve portfolio performance.
