JLL Equity Advisory is seeking an analyst for its leading real estate Equity Advisory practice in Asia Pacific, working out of the Singapore office. The team focuses on a breadth of strategic transactions including corporate M&A, portfolio acquisitions and divestitures, recapitalization, restructurings, Special Committee advisory, entity-level and joint venture capital raising and other investment banking deals. The team's client base includes Institutional Investors, REITs, real estate operating companies and developers, open- and closed-end real estate funds, real estate asset/investment managers and other operating companies across all CRE sectors in the Asia Pacific.
