We are looking for a proactive and curious Finance Analyst to support financial analysis, business partnering, and operational initiatives across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling to support business decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, cost management, and overall financial performance.
- Support monthly close, reporting, and management review processes with timely and accurate analysis.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize finance processes, reporting, and workflows.
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and automation solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
