Overview
Reporting to the Director, Investments, the Analyst is responsible for the output and analysis of investment reporting, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, appraisals and strategic management decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review third-party offering memorandums to prepare acquisition underwriting including the creation and analysis of financial modelsPrepare and analyze investment data for strategic reviewReview and summarize due diligence materials for acquisitions and dispositionsPrepare disposition proposals and sale packagesPrepare Investment Committee Memorandums for live transactionsPrepare financing packages for lenders and assist with the ongoing management of the financing databasePrepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual internal valuations and returns analyses as required for disposition and refinancing activitiesC...
