Analysis and packaging of documents required for transfers of titles, judicial titling, correction of titles and land conversion.3. Coordination with the former owner/claimant for the execution of conditions indicated in the instrument of conveyance/ release of the owner's original copy of title4. Negotiate and coordinate with the Property owners in the event of absence of document (Title, Instrument of Conveyance)5.
