Primary Responsibilities
Import & Export Operations
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (air, ocean, ground).Prepare/review commercial documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, shipping docs).Ensure correct tariff classification, customs valuation, and regulatory compliance.Work with customs brokers for timely clearance and resolve delays or documentation issues.Monitor shipment status and address risks proactively.Compliance & Regulatory Management
Maintain compliance with Mexican Customs Law, RGCE, and international trade regulations.Keep updated on tariff changes, sanctions, export controls, and forced‑labor regulations.Maintain accurate records per corporate/local retention rules.Support internal/external audits related to customs and trade compliance.Logistics Coordination
