We offer advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers & acquisitions (M&A) as well as initial public offerings and other equity-related transactions (ECM). Our solid deal experience and track record coupled with the unmatched financial strength of the bank allows us to offer our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advise and financing. Our pan-Nordic setup currently consists of approximately 100 employees across our offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo.
