PRO Support Tasks
- Submit , deliver and collect documents from government offices , service centers ,banks and other external parties as required.
- Assist with visa applications, renewals, and cancellations as instructed.
- Coordinate with visa printing offices and ensure documents are submitted on time.
- Maintain respectful and professional relationships with government entities.
- Keep all documents organized and stored securely.
Compliance & Conduct
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling staff and company documents.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the PAS Manager or supervisor.
