About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Group Insurance Bills and Policy contracts in support of Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision.
Responsibilities- Review, issuance and delivery of Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements and bills.
- Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively.
- Track and monitor new business and policy renewal to ensure that information is received in a timely manner by working closely with colleagues from Sales and Marketing.
- Set up and review new business/renewal policies in core system.
- Ensure high billing accuracy with due diligence check.
- Participate in projects that involve improvement of operations efficiency, which could include User Acceptance Testing.
