Reporting to the Manager Sales Comp and TM - this position is responsible for the accurate calculation and timely payment of sales commissions and associated sales compensation (not payroll) in accordance with Corporate and Divisional regulations. Using the OIC system the analyst will download the appropriate data, validate the data and ensure that the payment calculations are accurate. The analyst will provide the accurate file to the Business analyst for review and approval. Once approved provide the final file to VP Sales.
