Responsibilities

  • Resolve application incidents.
  • Maintain the Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).
  • Address batch job incidents.
  • Provide end‑user support.
  • Manage authorizations.
  • Escalate data delivery issues to relevant parties.
  • Monitor system performance.
  • Maintain and update documentation and test data.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience with Simcorp Dimension product.
  • Strong understanding of Simcorp Dimension product maintenance.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
