Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling and processing routine transactions under direct supervision
- Ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing within established guidelines
- Preparing and submitting daily checklists to the next level
- Identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines, escalating complex issues to supervisors/experts
- Tracking trends in daily deliverables (SLA/KRA) and collaborating with supervisors to improve processes and procedures
- Working effectively both independently and as a team member
- Running, creating, and executing formal and function-specific reports
- Following incident and regulatory breach reporting procedures rigorously
