Transportation is responsible for the movement of materials and products between suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing and the customer. Management of transportation assets and systems to gain greater service, cost efficiency and optimization of processes.
Qualifications / Skill Set
Bachelordegree, or equivalent experience.
2-4years experiencein similar field
US Geography knowledge
Basic understanding of transportation terms and processes
Strong communicationskills (verbal & written) and customer focus
Intermediate computer skills withproficiencyin MS Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint; stronginternet navigationskills including transportation related web applications
Ability to follow SOPs and attentive to details
Must displaya high levelof organization skills and the ability to work independently
