About the Role :
Support asset management activities for Invesco Real Estate in Korea, ensuring strong investment performance and timely delivery of development projects within budget and approved specifications. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive asset enhancement, sustainability, and process improvements.
Responsibilities of the role:
Manage asset performance initiatives (leasing, valuation, development).Assist in partner and advisor relationship management.Support debt financing, reporting, and refinancing processes.Support to prepare annual business plans, budgets, and leasing strategies.Update investment models and cash flow forecasts quarterly.Conduct financial analyses and performance reporting.Assist in internal valuations and review external reports.Support acquisition due diligence and asset-level transactions.
