Job Title: Senior Payroll Operations Analyst – Canada (12‑month fixed‑term, potential conversion to permanent)

Accountabilities
- International payroll operations (Canada): ensure accurate and timely execution of Canadian payroll.
- Vendor partnership: collaborate closely with Deel to support precise on‑time processing; serve as primary contact for outsourced payroll provider.
- Compliance & employee support: ensure adherence to payroll calendars; act as point of contact for international payroll operations, employee issues, benefits & payroll process inquiries.
- Issue resolution & case management: resolve payroll‑related inquiries from employees, agencies, and internal/external parties; manage ticket requests in the case management system.
