About the Team: You will be part of Sea's HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the Finance Business Analytics function leverages technology to enhance finance operations by optimizing Hadoop reporting and improving reporting efficiency, with strong emphasis on data governance, security, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support data analytics reporting metrics, analyze methodologies, suggest operation improvements, and build proposal evaluations for Finance teams.
