About the Role
As an Analytics and Reports Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team of Analytics Officer in generating reports and providing related analysis for the Risk Division and Collections Department. The purpose of this role is to ensure the Reports and Analytics Team is providing the required support to the Collections Division in terms of timely report creation and diligent analysis for strategic decision-making. This role also acts as an auxiliary role for the Analytics Unit Head.
How you'll contribute
- Determine the feasible workload of each Analytics Officer and organize their allocation to ensure reporting and analytics needs of the Department are met.
- Develop studies, models and/or statistical analysis that can be utilized for data-driven strategy decision making.
