Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for supply chain management processes, including general knowledge of supply chain notions such as Distribution, Allocations, Demand Management, Forecasting, Pricing, and Replenishment.
- Utilize and manage Opcon scheduler, ETL processes, SQL databases, and BLOB management to support supply chain operations.
- Handle incident management , perform root cause analysis , and ensure user proximity to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage problem management processes and follow up on action plans to ensure continuous improvement and issue resolution.
- Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and maintain service levels .
