Assignment Opportunity:

- Facility Setting: Hospital
- Specialty: Physician Anesthesiologist
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA, Board Certified, IN or KY State License
- Experience: 2+ years
- Pay: Negotiable

- Credentialing time frame: ASAP (7 days- temp privileges) upon completion of facility application
- Schedule: Days, 5 days/week, may include weekends.
- Length of Assignment: 6+ months
- Case Types: endoscopy (35%), Urology (25%), Ortho/spine/podiatry (25%), gyn/general (10%), eyes/ENT (5%)
- MDs must be extremely proficient with nerve blocks
- EMR: Paper
