Lic/Certs: Active CA Lic BLS, ACLS DEA

Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 60 Days from time application is submitted
Start Date: ASAC
Duration: 3 months w/ option to extend
Shift: Rotates between Antioch, Walnut Creek and the Dublin Ambulatory Surgery Center. Mix of 8 and 10 hour shifts. Full Time 40 hours weekly Mon-Sun. NO CALL
Housing/Travel: All inclusive
Pay Structure: Preset
Notes: Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio : Care Team Model - will mainly operate independent but if they would like to do some supervision, that is optional
