Facility in Colorado Springs, CO seeking Anesthesiology locums coverage Rates: $410/hr Opportunity Highlights
  • Start Date: August 1, 2026 Ongoing.
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM.
  • Work-Life Balance: No call requirements.
  • Care Model: Large group setting (55 Anesthesiologists / 30 CRNAs).
    • Supervision: Required to supervise CRNAs/AAs (up to 3 at a time) approximately 40% of the time.
  • EMR: EPIC (Hospital & Surgical Center).
Clinical Scope & Volume The facility manages a high surgical volume across 22 operating rooms, treating severe and complex injuries.
  • Daily Case Volume: 60 surgical cases per day.
  • Case Mix: 50% General
    • 20% Complex Vascular (except open heart)
    • 20% Complex Ortho
    • 10% Neuro
  • Acuity: 80% Adult / 20% Trauma.
  • Patient Demographic: Mostly Adult; must be comfortable with Pediatrics.
