  • Supervision & Solo
  • Credentialing Timeframe: Within 30 days

  • June 9-13 (7a-5p)
  • Weeknight call available (5p-7a)
  • June 16-20 (7a-3p)
  • June 30-July 4 (7a-3p)
  • 24 hour weekend call available July 5 & 6
  • July 21-25 (7a-5p)
  • Weeknight call available 5p-7a every night (call is not req if the doc wants the day shifts)
  • 24 hour weekend call available July 19 & 20
  • July 28-Aug 1 (7a-3p)
