NEEDED: Physician
LOCATION: 9000 Blue Mound Rd., Dort Worth, TX 76131
OPERATIONAL HOURS: 24 hours a day, five (5) days a week (Mon-Fri), weekends on an as needed basis, weekend coverage may be required for day, evening, and midnight shifts.
SCHEDULE: This is a part-time position.
- Working Hours shall not exceed 840 hours annually.
- Working hours shall be managed in a manner that allows part-time support throughout the calendar year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The physician must have a Doctorate degree in medicine (MD), be licensed to practice medicine in the Fort Worth Metropolitan Area and preferably be trained in Occupational Medicine.
- Must have adequate background and knowledge in the prevention of occupational diseases (shall be certified in occupational health or have 3-5 yrs. experience in occupational health).
