Antwerpen Automotive is actively hiring! We are looking for a full-time Assistant Facility Maintenance/Handyman for busy Automotive Dealership Group. Must have 2-3 years experience in most of the following: Painting, Ceiling tiles, drywall repair, light plumbing, light carpentry, and Identifying general issues needing preventive maintenance. Responsibilities * Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities * Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work * Coordinate with team members to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize downtime * Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations * Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed * Not a janitorial or grounds keeping position Requirements * Reliable communication device (phone, text, email) capable * Must have general building maintenance tools * Good work ethics and positive attitude * Good organizational and time management abilities * Commitment to following safety protocols...
