Overview
This position reports to the AP Director and works with offshore AP team, users/teams across Singtel & NCS and vendors. The candidate will be supporting AP projects which will provide the candidate with exposure to various AP functions.
Responsibilities- AP transformation projects
- Enhancement initiatives to improve einvoicing platform - requirements gathering, project managing AP resources in UAT and issues resolutions as well as assisting in UAT, involve in the change management (eg prepare FAQs) / communications with internal stakeholders on the changed processes, suppliers onboarding onto einvoicing platform which may require the candidate to handle enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
