+ Supervise A&P mechanics and technicians during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
+ Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
+ Perform, inspect, approve maintenance, repairs, and alterations in accordance with FAA regulations
+ Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to team members
+ Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records, logbooks, and work orders
+ Operate support equipment required during maintenance action.
+ Maintain compliance with FAA, company, and safety policies
+ Coordinate with management, QA, and parts departments as needed
+ Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment
+ Leads aircraft deliveries to ensure on-time departure
