Description
Bridget Killen from Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to ensure the accurate processing, recording, and reconciliation of the organization’s financial activity. The AP Manager will play a key role in supervising payment operations, maintaining financial records, and supporting reporting requirements. Flexibility is important, as the AP Manager may be asked to take on additional assignments beyond their primary responsibilities. The team works collaboratively to accomplish all objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise Accounts Payable staff and clerks

+ Manage daily banking operations and related functions

+ Reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts
