This is a rare mandate to lead one of our client's flagship technology accounts across Asia Pacific. The Account Executive (Regional Account Director) owns the relationship, the P&L and the transformation agenda for a 7M+ sq ft, 50+ site portfolio — delivering integrated facilities management and workplace experience to one of the world's most demanding and innovative technology companies.
The client operates a Hyper-AI environment built on non-linear growth and continuous reinvention. They are not looking for a steady-state facilities manager; they want a strategic architect who will redesign delivery around automation, AI and a value-based commercial model — a partner who can match their ambition.
